How do ionizing ion Air blower removes static electricity?
This like other bi polar ionizers, static control blowers produces positive and negatively charged ions. The additions of a fan behind the ionization point grids allows the anti static blowers to very quickly distribute the ionization over a large area.
The biggest weapon in the fight to control static electricity industrial applications is here!
The Model 465 Ultra High Ionizing Ion Blower is designed for permanent production line installation where the ultimate in ionization is required. Variable 0-465 CFM, the blower produces ionization in such copious amounts to neutralize the highest static charges. The higher air volume permits the unit to be placed further from the affected area, transporting the ions over a wider pattern.
Industrial ionization ion blower for ESD control
The Model 465 Ultra High Ionizing Blower with balance (PN 90747-03210) is designed for applications such as the manufacture and assembly of appliances and automotive systems made from a great deal of non conductive materials and high value electronics which are sensitive to static electricity. The Model 465 Balance offers the power of an industrial static control blower with the balance traditionally found in low power ESD blower. This allows manufacturers to reduce ESD related failures during manufacturing.
Applications & Effective Area Ionization Ion blower

The Model 320 or 320 IPS Blowers are designed for static control applications where high volumes of ionized air are required to cover a large area. Producing 320 CFM, the blower can be used singly or several mounted end on end covering a wider area. The external power supply, which can run two blowers allows for a cost effective two blower installation with 640 CFM of ionized air. The 320 IPS with its internal power supply makes for an easier install when using just one blower.
